Shipping Policies
We offer nationwide shipping within the USA on all our products. We pack
and ship all orders the same or next business day. Shipping is priced by
weight and location. Shipping prices may change at any time. The amount shown
in the shipping option of the checkout is the actual price you'll pay for shipping.
We ship all domestic orders using UPS or FedEx. This allows our customers to track their
order from our door to theirs. At this time, 3SigmaTech.com does not ship outside
of the USA due to the difficulty in verifying credit card information and detecting fraud.
Return & Refund Policy
If you feel you received a product that is damaged or defective by reason of material workmanship, you are entitled to a refund or replacement as outlined in this policy. Please read our return conditions outlined below. Any items that fail to meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund even if returned within the time limits. Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions may invalid your return or cause a delay in processing the return.Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please send a Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) email to Returns@3SigmaTech.com, within 30 days after shipment.
In the Request for RMA email, please include the following information so we can expedite your return: your full name, order number, telephone number, and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request, you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.
Return packages must be sent back to the return address provided in the RMA email you receive. RMA numbers are good for 10 days. All returns must be received by 3SigmaTech.com within 10 business days following your receipt via e-mail of an RMA number from Customer Service. Returns post dated later than ten business days after receipt of an RMA number will be invalid.
You must write the RMA number on the return package. Without an RMA number, you cannot return merchandise to 3SigmaTech.com. Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
- We reserve the right to grant return approval at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
- All requests for a refund or replacement must be reported within 30 days.
- Products must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, not be defaced or physically damaged by the end user and must include the original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- All returns other than a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment will be subject to restocking fee of $10.
After a Return:
All items returned for replacement or refund will be examined by our technician to determine if they meet the return conditions and test the product for defects. If the items meet the return conditions, and are verified as being damaged by us or defective at the time of shipment, and not damaged in transit, the items will be replaced or their cost, as listed on your invoice, minus the shipping costs, will be refunded within 2-4 weeks. If the product tested is good, your credit card will be charged a service fee of $10.00 plus the shipping cost required to return the product to you.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping cost is the same as your cost to drive to any store to return an item, and is not reimbursable. If shipping was included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us. Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery, or whose order ships to an undeliverable addresses, where the package is returned to us, will be charged a restocking fee and the shipping costs.
Goods Damaged In Shipment:
The buyer is urged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier. In the event that merchandise is damaged in shipment, please retain merchandise, records and all packing materials for inspection by the shipping carrier. Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to the shipping carrier by the customer. Customer must file a claim against the carrier for reimbursement. We understand claim process will take some time, to get a replacement part please order a new one from our site. Please keep the original boxes. The shipping carrier will need the original boxes for investigation. DO NOT SEND the damaged-in-shipment products to us, you need to report the damage to the carrier and the carrier will pick up the products.
Out of Stock Items:
From time to time, our stock levels may run low while we wait for a shipment from the manufacturer. If the part you are looking for is not currently in stock, please check back in a few days, or send us an email outlining what you are looking for and when you need it by. We will check when that item will be available and get back to you.
If you place an order and some of your ordered products are out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as we discover the situation. At your discretion, we can either send you the part when it is restocked or refund you the cost for the out of stock item. While we constantly do inventory checks, stock levels may be not be exactly accurate. We apologize for the inconvenience, should it occur.
Missing or Wrong Parts:
Before all products are shipped, our QA department checks the invoice on all orders. At least, that’s the theory. The reality is that mistakes do occasionally happen. Upon receiving your order, please check the contents against the invoice. If there are any discrepancies, please email us a claim for shortages or wrong parts within 5 days of receipt to Orders@3SigmaTech.com.
